Can I return my rug?

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during transit.

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the rug so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Worldwide Express Shipping

We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders.

Each rug is carefully packaged and shipped directly from Morocco using trusted international carriers.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Duties

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are handled according to the destination country’s regulations.

Natural Variations

Each rug is hand-knotted by skilled artisans in Morocco.

Slight variations in pattern, tone, size (up to 5%), and pile height are part of its authenticity and character — these are not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, preparation and shipping arrangements begin and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
