Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of BorchRugs pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or an incorrect item received.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Handmade & Natural Variations
Each rug is hand-knotted by skilled artisans in Morocco.
Slight variations in pattern, tone, size (up to 5%), and pile height are part of the rug’s authenticity and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the rug
- Clear photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution (replacement where possible, or refund).
Refunds (If Approved)
If your claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
- Shipping fees and duties/taxes (if applicable) are handled according to the carrier and destination regulations
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, preparation and shipping arrangements begin and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
