BorchRugs, Inc. is an online retailer specializing in handmade Moroccan rugs.
All products offered on our Site are crafted by artisans and may exhibit natural variations.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

All rugs sold by BorchRugs are handmade.
As a result, slight variations in size (up to ±5%), color, texture, or pattern are inherent characteristics of handcrafted rugs and are not considered defects.

Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual colors may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities purchased per customer
Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions

If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include free worldwide shipping unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

BorchRugs does not store or process your full payment details.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

Destination country
Customs processing
Carrier delays

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Because each rug is handmade:

Minor variations are not considered defects
Wear caused by normal use is not eligible for return

Custom Rugs

Custom-made rugs are produced specifically for the customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of BorchRugs, Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Loss of use or loss of profits
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
